Ways to create support tickets
Directly on our website
You can access our tickets page directly from the following link
Through your Odoo system
During normal use on your Odoo, if you have our support app installed, you can access your user
in the top right-hand corner of the window and click on the Support option.
In an error report
If you encounter an error while using Odoo, you can click on the Report Error button.
This option will send various data to our customer support system including the customer error report
Then simply fill in the form that opens and click on Submit Error.
